General Info
Airshow Location: The airshow is being held at Tocumwal Airport. Check out the “Getting to the Airshow” page for more details.
Airshow Site: The airshow site is a temporary event area established on the airfield for the airshow. There is no permanent infrastructure and very limited shade. The ground is grass and uneven in areas. This may pose some challenges for the very young, the elderly and those with mobility issues. Every effort has been made to make the site as accessible as possible however visitors should note there are uneven surfaces through many areas.
Upon entering the airshow site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Entry. All persons witin the airshow site (within the airport boundary) are required to have purchased a ticket or have pass issued by Tocumwal Airshows PTY LTD. If you are found to be within the airshow site (including the car park) without a valid ticket or pass, you will be required to purchase a ticket or be escorted from the site.
Airshow Hours: Gates to the airshow will open at 9:00am and close at 4:30pm on Sunday the 17th of September 2023. Access to the car park will be available from 8:30am.
The flying display will commence at 11:00am and conclude at 4:00pm.
Facilities: Toilets (including disabled toilets) and rubbish bins are provided at various locations throughout the site. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided.
Fences: Fencing has been erected to ensure the safety of participants and spectators. Spectators are to remain within the fenced event area.
First Aid: First Aid services will be available through the various fire brigade units attending the event. These will be located at either end of the spectator area.
Food & Drinks: There will be a large range of food and beverage providers, check out the “On the Ground” page for more details.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the bounds of the airshow area. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers. Those wishing to smoke will need to obtain a Pass-Out which are available at the Main entry gates. Please be aware that persons leaving the event who do not obtain a Pass-Out will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
